About the Role:
4HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Canton, GA. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
- Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Control access points by verifying credentials and screening visitors
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Deter criminal activity through a visible and professional security presence
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
