Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain a visible presence.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security policies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Valid armed security license and training certification.
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
